Originally from Argentina, I've lived in South Florida for over 25 years and in Key West for the past three.
My background includes corrective exercise, functional training, Pilates, nutrition and behavior change. Theses disciplines come together in a method focused on strength, alignment and long-term sustainability.

1 - 5 sessions: $69 per session
6 - 12 sessions: $65 per session
1 - 5 sessions: $95 per session
6 -12 sessions $85 per session
20% discount for each additional per trainee
Butts & Guts - Mondays, 11 am
Strength x Pilates - Thursdays, 12pm
